Introduction

Welcome to WeeveAI (“we”, “us”, “our”). WeeveAI is a creative AI platform that enables users to generate images and videos using text-to-image and image-to-video models (the “Services”). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website or Services, you agree to this Policy and our Terms of Service.

Information We Collect

1) Information You Provide

  • Account Data: name, email, avatar, and profile details you choose to add.
  • Payment & Billing: We use Stripe to process payments and subscriptions. We do not store full card numbers. Stripe may collect payment method details and billing information to complete your purchase.
  • Support & Communications: messages, form submissions, and contact details when you interact with us (e.g., email or Discord).
  • Generation Inputs: prompts, settings, and (if applicable) images you upload to run a generation.

2) Information Collected Automatically

When you access or use the Services, we may automatically collect:

  • Device/Log Data: IP address, browser type, OS, device identifiers, pages viewed, referrer, and timestamps.
  • Cookies & Similar Technologies: to remember preferences, maintain sessions, and (if enabled) run analytics/advertising. Optional cookies run only with your consent via the Cookie Preferences control.

3) Generation & Usage Metadata

To operate a credit-based AI service, we collect technical and usage data related to your generations:

  • Generation Metadata: model/provider IDs, prompt length, parameters (e.g., steps, resolution, duration), status, timestamps, and error codes (if any).
  • Media Data (Supabase Storage): input files and generated outputs are stored temporarily in Supabase Storage buckets to enable previews, downloads, and job retries. You can delete your files from your account history.
  • Credit & Billing Logs: credits purchased/used, plan tier, and Stripe subscription identifiers.

How We Use Your Information

  • Provide and Maintain the Services: authenticate users, process payments, run AI generations, deliver outputs, track credits, and provide customer support.
  • Improve and Develop Features: understand usage patterns, fix bugs, optimize performance, and develop new functionality (analytics only with your consent).
  • Communicate with You: service notices, feature updates, and transactional emails (e.g., receipts). Marketing emails are sent only if you opt-in; you can unsubscribe anytime.
  • Safety, Security, and Abuse Prevention: detect/prevent fraud, spam, or misuse and enforce our Terms.
  • Legal Compliance: comply with applicable laws, regulations, and lawful requests.

Note: When cookie consent is enabled, optional analytics/advertising cookies only run with your explicit consent. Manage preferences above.

Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:

  • Core Infrastructure (Supabase): authentication, database, and file storage (Supabase Storage). Access is restricted and logged. Supabase personnel may access data only as required for maintenance or security.
  • AI Providers: to fulfill your requests, prompts and (if applicable) uploaded images are sent to third-party AI model APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Replicate, or similar). These providers handle data under their own terms.
  • Payments & Email: Stripe (payments, subscriptions) and (if configured) Resend or similar (transactional emails). We do not store full card numbers.
  • Legal/Compliance: if required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
  • Business Transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to this Policy.

Data Retention

  • Account & Billing: retained as needed for legitimate business purposes (e.g., tax/financial recordkeeping).
  • Media in Supabase Storage: input files and generated outputs are retained so you can access history and downloads. You can delete items anytime from your account. We may automatically delete inactive media after a reasonable period (e.g., 30–90 days) or upon account deletion.
  • Generation Metadata & Credit Logs: retained for fraud prevention, usage tracking, and audit.

Security

  • Encryption in transit using TLS; access controls and role-based permissions within our infrastructure.
  • Supabase managed services for auth, database, and storage with isolation and logging.
  • Limited employee access to personal data on a need-to-know basis.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We work to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent for optional cookies. You can also delete generated media from your account and request account deletion by contacting us.

AI Content & Responsibility

Your prompts and uploads are processed by external AI models solely to generate requested outputs. We do not claim ownership of your creations. You are responsible for ensuring your inputs and use of outputs comply with applicable laws and our Terms (e.g., no unlawful, infringing, or harmful content). We do not use your content to train our own models. Third-party AI providers may temporarily cache data as described in their policies.

Cookie Policy

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, keep you signed in, remember preferences, and (if enabled) run analytics or advertising.

Consent Management: Use the Cookie Preferences control above to enable/disable optional cookies.

Essential Cookies

  • cookieConsent: stores your cookie preferences (up to 1 year).
