These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WeeveAI website and services, including AI-based text-to-image and image-to-video generation (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. You must be at least 13 years old (or older if required by local law).
Create an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You represent that you meet the minimum age requirement and have authority to accept these Terms.
You are responsible for all activity under your account and for safeguarding your credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected breach.

You may not use or access the Services in or for the benefit of any country or party subject to U.S. sanctions or export restrictions, or otherwise in violation of applicable export-control laws.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or applicable laws, with or without notice.
Features may be subject to usage limits (e.g., credits, rate limits, storage). Trial features or free tiers may change or end at any time.
Subject to applicable law and any third-party provider terms, you retain rights to outputs generated from your prompts/inputs. You grant us a limited, revocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display your inputs and outputs solely to operate the Services (e.g., run jobs, show history, provide downloads, detect abuse, and support).
Pricing and plan features are listed on our site and may change. Subscriptions auto-renew each term unless canceled before renewal. Taxes, processor or foreign exchange fees may apply.
Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize charges to your selected payment method and agree to keep billing information current. We do not store full card numbers.
You may cancel at any time; access continues through the current billing period. Monetary refunds, when approved, are processed exclusively through Stripe to the original payment method and are otherwise governed by our Refund Policy. Restored credits for failed generations are not cash refunds.
We use Supabase (authentication, database, and storage) to operate the Services. Inputs/outputs and related files may be stored temporarily to enable previews, downloads, and retries, and may be deleted automatically after a reasonable retention period or upon account deletion. We are not a permanent storage provider and are not liable for loss of content. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Uptime is not guaranteed. The Services may experience delays, rate limits, or temporary outages. Features, models, or providers may change or be discontinued at any time.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability.
AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and are not professional, legal, medical, financial, or other advice. You should independently verify any information before relying on it.
Your exclusive remedy for any dissatisfaction with the Services is to stop using them and, where applicable, request credit restoration or a refund under our Refund Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeeveAI and its suppliers, partners, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data or goodwill, arising from or relating to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Services in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WeeveAI, WeeveAI, and their affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to: (a) your prompts, uploads, or generated outputs; (b) your content or conduct; or (c) your breach of these Terms or applicable law, including intellectual property, privacy, defamation, or export-control claims.
We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including provider outages, natural disasters, acts of government, labor disputes, war, terrorism, civil unrest, internet or utility failures, or other force majeure events.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any dispute not resolved informally. You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute by contacting us.
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or to protect users, systems, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases, but certain provisions (e.g., IP, payments due, disclaimers, limitations, indemnification, force majeure, and governing law) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with an effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
